‘The retrofitting of private rental homes in Utrecht’

Private rental homes is a large segment of total housing in the Netherlands. Our project parnter Duneworks together with the municipality of Utrecht (Gemeente Utrecht) will bring together energy companies, ministry, tenants, the branch association of private property owners and other relevant stakeholders to discuss steps forward on the issue.
