On 20 March 2018 our project partner the Black Sea Energy Research Centre (BSERC) held the 14th SHAPE ENERGY workshop in Chisinau, Moldova. This multi-stakeholder workshop brought together representatives of local academia, NGOs, government institutions, engineering associations, heat suppliers, etc. to envision the future of the heating system in the region.
