In particular, the Humanities (e.g. History, Theology\/Ethics) receive much less policy attention and tangible research funding than the Social Sciences (e.g. Economics, Business Management).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The wording of funding calls dictates (and limits) the disciplinary approaches that can be taken. As such, call text can inevitably engage certain energy-SSH research communities, whilst alienating others.<\/li>\n<li>Thus, during the process of developing Horizon Europe calls, there needs to be clear assessment of which disciplines may be excluded.
